The recently established Law Children of the State Foundation supports and conducts legal proceedings against governments and health care organizations to protect the rights of children and parents/caregivers in youth care.

Drs. Reinier Feiner: 'The need to promote and enforce legal protection of children's rights in the Netherlands'.

Reinier Feiner is a specialist in the field of juvenile law. Besides being a board member of the newly established foundation Recht Kinderen van de Staat, he is a board member of the Vereniging Jeugdrecht Advocaten Rotterdam (VJAR) and chairman of Vereniging Sociale Advocatuur Nederland (VSAN).
